Slow Living : Boundaries.

Establishing, maintaining and encouraging boundaries (katanya)

In our life, it's important to set the boundaries.

So far, I am success setting workout boundaries (tepuk tangan).

Weekday : Before 1700, automatically stop all works, then prepare myself for workout.
Weekend : Find time to workout, no matter what.
